Lord Ram Lalla’s Idol will Install by PM Modi

The installation of the idol of Lord Ram Lalla at its original place in the upcoming Ram Mandir in Ayodhya by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in January 2024 is a significant event. Swami Govind Dev Giri Maharaj, the treasurer of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra, has confirmed this development and give an update on the temple’s construction progress.

Maharaj made it clear that the temple’s construction work and the 2024 general elections are not linked, and the trust is solely focused on completing its work. Previously, the trust had kept the idol of Ram Lalla in a cloth pandal for a long time before moving it to a small temple. Maharaj said that it’s time to shift the deity to its original place.

The construction work on the temple will continue even after the installation of Lord Ram Lalla’s idol in January 2024. The trust’s goal is to complete the work on the sanctum sanctorum, a first floor, and arrangements for darshan before the event.

Giri also shared his views on India’s global standing and expressed his belief that a cultural revolution will occur worldwide. He cited the global popularity of Yoga, Ayurveda, and Indian music as examples.

PM Modi installed Lord Ram Lalla’s idol at its original place in January 2024, a milestone for the temple’s construction. The trust works hard to complete the temple and will continue after the installation.
