Babar Azam captain of the Pakistani cricket team shared a video asking to pick Big Bush League(BBL) or Indian Premier League(IPL). The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) founded IPL as one of the biggest T20 leagues in the world, in terms of Popularity, participation, and revenue also. There are other T20 leagues like Big Bush League, Pakistan Super League, Caribean Premier League, etc. In the shared video by Babar Azam seen asking to pick his favourite between IPL and BBL. Azam’s reply was trolled by former cricket player Harbhajan Singh.
In the podcast of Peshawar Zalmi, Babar was asked to choose the better league between IPL and BBL. Babar picks Australian Big Bush League(BBL) over India’s Indian Premier League(IPL).
“The conditions over there in Australia are different. The pitches over there are really fast and you get to learn a lot. Whereas in IPL, you get the same Asian conditions,”- Babar said.”I’d rather play in BBL instead of IPL as the conditions in Australia are different whereas you get the same Asian conditions in IPL,” -he added
Harbhajan Singh took it to Twitter and reacted with a laughing emoji on the video.

Babar is presently busy with the Pakistan Super League(PSL) Season . Along with the PSL, Babar had played in two other leagues , Caribbean Premier League and Bangladesh Premier League. He registered himself for The Hundred 2023 edition. In future Babar is likely to feature in BBL. Pakistan players have not featured in the IPL tournament since the 1st edition, 2008 because of the political tensions between the two countries.
In Pakistan Super League his team led to a brilliant victory over Islamabad United . He led from the front, scored 64 runs from 39 balls as Peshawar Zalmi put 183 runs on the board.
